Autonomous Management System Developed for Building and District Levels
“Training on exploitation and technology transfer”, 15 – 17 June 2016, Brussels
EeB-CA2 CSA (Energy Efficient Buildings Cluster Activities Coordination Action) is organising on June 15 – 17 3 full-day trainings, taking place during the EU Sustainable Energy Week, in Brussels. The trainings are opened to participants of EeB projects and other interested stakeholders.
- Wednesday 15 June: the training on Innovation Management will be held by the trainers Jonathan Loeffler and Eduardo Herrmann of EeB-CA2 project partner Steinbeis-Europa-Zentrum. The training will sensitize participants on the importance of effective innovation management and provide an introduction to methodologies that will help to enable participants in better exploiting and bringing their innovations and technologies successfully to the market. - Thursday 16 June: the training on Market Analysis – Key aspects to consider will be held by the trainers Elena Laina (WIP Ltd., Greece) and Shane Colclough (University of Ulster, Ireland). The training gives hands-on support on the development of market analyses for innovative solutions, especially when an organisation is planning to enter a novel market in the construction sector. - Friday 17 June: the training on Business Plans – Tips & Hints will be held by the trainers Shane Colclough (University of Ulster, Ireland) and Elena Laina (WIP Ltd., Greece). The training will sensitize participants on the importance of a well-designed business plan and provide an introduction to methodologies that will help to enable participants in better exploiting and bringing their innovations and technologies successfully to the market.
